It's funny, I'm here on Kauai (more pictures are up), wrestling with the vagaries of monit, and I find myself thinking of baseball.

Opening day isn't until Tuesday, but the Freeway Series tonight and tomorrow have seen like the real begining of the season for the past few years.

It's usually a good matchup, and definitely a good way to ease into the competition, because while pride is on the line, standings are not. Also there have been at least some predictions of a Freeway World Series, so maybe this will end up being an important opponent in the end, who knows.

I just hope we don't end up with two tied games like last year.
